Former boxer Mike Tyson has offered his backing to Luis Suarez after the Liverpool forward bit Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic.Suarez has been fined by his club and is expected to be handed a lengthy suspension following the incident, which took place during the 2-2 draw at Anfield.
Tyson also earned notoriety when he bit Evander Holyfield's ear during a 1997 bout, and he told the Glenn David radio show in the US that he was confident Suarez would be able to put the controversy behind him.

I made amends with Evander, and we go on with our lives."Suarez has already said that Ivanovic has accepted his apology over the incident, although there are suggestions that may not be the case.
