The 19-year-old college student wanted in the Boston Marathon bombings was taken into custody Friday.
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was cornered on a small boat in the back of a house and captured alive Friday night. Dzhorkhar was spotted by a man who discovered blood trails in his boat in his Watertown yard and called the police.
He and law enforcement officers engaged in a furious exchange of gun-fire for an hour while holed up in a boat before being captured and rushed to hospital after being injured.
On his arrest - jubilant crowds took to the streets of Boston to thank police, FBI and law enforcement officials — the final volley of one of the biggest manhunts in American history.
Five days after the bombing, one suspect killed, another captured. Just five days!....#OnlyInAmerica!
